There is no end to my excitement. My buddy Tim helped me(did all the work) put up my new hang board! He's so sexy( the hang board) Tim also named him for me. My new friend, my new green friend, everyone, please meet Tim Johnson JR!!!

Ladies have been a bit lazy with updating. Sorry, kids, we got other shhhhhtuff going on; such crushing, destroying and our trips outside.
Joey left us to go to Philadelphia. Not sure what she is doing there, obviously not having fun with us, Nikki is being a bad ass learning trad and avoiding bouldering with me, and I’m being a bummer with a motherfucking bursitis.
J’elena, who's is awesome, and you will hear about her later, is a genius special pocking doctor who will get me back in the game in no time. I believe it.
